Mechanically capable & willing to learn
HVAC experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn the trade matter just as much.
Ready for real service work
Comfort problems don't keep office hours. A valid driver's license and a willingness to help with same-day and emergency calls go a long way.
The kinds of roles we hire for
These are the roles that make up our crew today — the kinds of people we're always glad to meet when there's a fit. Not every role is open every day, but if any of these sound like you, introduce yourself.
HVAC service technician
Diagnose and repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and ductless systems for homes and small businesses across our service area. EPA 608 preferred; strong troubleshooters welcome.
Installer
Install new residential and light-commercial systems — heat pumps, furnaces, AC condensers, mini-splits, boilers, and geothermal — cleanly, to code, and on schedule.
Technician / installer
A hybrid role our crew already runs — service one day, install the next. Great fit for someone who likes variety and being on the truck.
Apprentice / helper
Newer to the trade but mechanically capable and eager to learn? We invest in training the right people. Bring the work ethic and we'll teach the craft.
Current openings
