Our Team
Weston Heating & Cooling is a small, family-owned team — so when you call, you reach real people who know your name and your system. Every technician is factory-trained, EPA-certified, licensed, and insured, and we take pride in doing the job right the first time.
As a Daikin Authorized Dealer, our installers are factory-trained on the equipment we put in — and experienced on Ruud and most major brands.
Every job is done to code by qualified, EPA-certified technicians. We're licensed, insured, and bonded for your protection.
The people who quote your job are the ones who install it — and the ones you'll see when it's time for service. No revolving door.
Propane, heat pumps, geothermal, farmhouses, shops, and acreage — we work on the real systems and buildings our neighbors actually have.
We're a real local crew — not a call center. Whether it's a midnight no-heat call or a planned upgrade, you'll work with the same people who live and work out here too.

We're still writing full introductions and adding photos for the crew. In the meantime, the fastest way to meet us is to call 660-947-3354 and talk directly with a technician about your home, or read our story.

There's no call center between you and the shop. Here's how a typical service call unfolds, from the first phone ring to the last follow-up.
During business hours, it's usually Torey or Maddy on the line. You'll describe what you're dealing with, and we'll schedule you promptly — often the same day.
For repairs, our technician walks the system with you and explains what's actually wrong. For a new install, we do the load math and lay out options at a few price points.
The people who quoted the job are the ones who show up and do it. That's how you get a clean install done to code, without a hand-off to a subcontractor you've never met.
Season after season, the same shop is here to service what we sold you — and to answer the phone if something changes. That's the third-generation part.
Curious what our neighbors say about that experience? Read our reviews, learn about the equipment we install, or check the FAQs for common questions.
Honest people, honest pricing, and service that's still here next season. Get a free estimate today.
